RENTAL POLICIES
To make rentals as quick and easy as possible, our team accepts all major credit cards, you must have a valid credit card/debit card in order to rent. Boat Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. All rentals and prices are subject to change throughout the season. *Taxes and fuel charges are not included in listed prices. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Please note - there is no fishing or skiing allowed on resort boat rentals. You can, however, rent tubes if you’d like! Pets are also now welcomed with an Activated Damage Waiver.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Any cancellations with 72 hours notice before departure will not incur any cancellation fees. Any cancellations with less than 72 hours before departure notice are subject to a $100 fee. Any cancellations less than 48hrs before departure are subject to a $200 fee. If a boat reservation is cancelled less than 24hrs or on the day of the scheduled departure or the renter doesn't show, the renter is responsible for 100% of the boat rental fee.
All cancellations must be confirmed with an agent of Resort Boat Rentals, via email or live on the phone. Voicemails do not count as confirmed reservation cancellations unless an agent has called and confirmed.
Resort Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservations due to inclement weather conditions. Any weather conditions that the marina considers dangerous to boating safety, will be grounds for cancellation. In the event that reservations are cancelled due to weather, the customer will not be charged for the rental.
Resort Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservations due to technical malfunction or break down of the vessels without notice. In the event that reservations are cancelled due to mechanical failures, the customer will not be charged for the rental.
