Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring a smooth rental process for all guests. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before making your reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • 72+ Hours Before Departure: No cancellation fee. Full refund available.
  • 48-72 Hours Before Departure: Subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
  • 24-48 Hours Before Departure: Subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
  • Less Than 24 Hours / Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: The renter is responsible for 100% of the boat rental fee.

How to Cancel Your Reservation

  • All cancellations must be confirmed with a live Resort Boat Rentals agent via phone or email.
  • Voicemails do not count as a confirmed cancellation unless a team member has returned your call and confirmed the cancellation.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. Resort Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to inclement weather that we determine unsafe for boating.

  • If your rental is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will not be charged, and we will work to reschedule your rental if possible.
  • Weather-related cancellations are determined by Resort Boat Rentals at our discretion.

Mechanical or Operational Cancellations

While we maintain our boats to the highest standards, unexpected mechanical issues can occur.

  • Resort Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to technical malfunctions or vessel breakdowns without prior notice.
  • If we must cancel due to a mechanical failure, you will not be charged, and we will assist in rescheduling your reservation if possible.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive for your scheduled rental and have not contacted us ahead of time, you will be charged the full rental amount.
  • We highly encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if your plans change.

Modifications & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your rental, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to avoid fees.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in a difference in rental rates.
