Paddle Boarding With Shaky Legs: First Time Guide

Paddle boarding can be a lot of fun, but it can also be quite challenging for beginners. If you’re new to paddle boarding, your legs are probably going to be quite shaky the first time you try it. The most important thing to remember is to relax! If you’re tense, your muscles will be more likely to shake. If you’re relaxed, however, your muscles will be more likely to adjust and adapt to the instability. So take a deep breath and enjoy the ride!
